Don’t be afraid to let candidates know the good and the bad.
If organizations can be more upfront with their requirements, it shows them as more inclusive and authentic during the job search process.
And you never know, maybe that honesty is enough for a candidate to take your job and STAY, knowing exactly what the climate they're walking into is.
