Workout like Hayden! 💪

Today's home DB workout. The biggest challenge today was just doing it. Most of the day had gone by taking care of other tasks that by the time I wanted to do this I was incredibly demotivated. Made myself do it anyways and about 10 min in, I didnt want to stop!
