We regret that not everyone was able to make it into the photo - and this thank you extends to the coaches and parents who were standing on the sidelines here - but we would like to thank everyone for making our first trip to Adidas nationals a successful venture. As it was new for us there was some learning on the go; we brought home 10 medals and all-American honours. Aside from that a group of deserving athletes got to share an experience that they would never otherwise have had in a place they would have never otherwise been. Memories were made and bonds were strengthened. That is the gift that this has given you , to be among the only Canadians at Adidas Nationals and to once again crush it and make the Niagara Region known. Thank you to Coaches Jac, Matt, Fife, Adam, and Joel who were on the trip and to all those who have worked with the athletes along the way. Thank you to those parents who carpooled, cheered, supported and a special shoutout to the dads who spent their Fathers Day here - which shows the importance of giving you this opportunity. Back at home, Amairah G took another 🥉 medal - this time in the U20 Women High Jump (she is U18) with 1.74 m. It was a very late night ceremony (almost 11 pm for the medals) but worth waiting around for. Congratulations to Amairah and thanks again to Coach Mark. 💙👏🏻💛 ⚔️🛡 🔷🔶

Raina and Sophie K both on the podium at Adidas Nationals. Raina ran a 7-second mile PB with 5:11 today to add yet another 🥈 medal to our collection and Sophie K ran her first mile ever with 5:22. Great job to both of you and good luck in the 800 tomorrow!! 💙👏🏻💛 ⚔️🛡 🔷🔶
