Join Melissa for a 55-minute Mat Pilates session designed to build strength, improve mobility, and fire up your core—all with the added challenge of light weights. We begin with a gentle mobility warm-up, then move into controlled Pilates exercises that blend bodyweight and weighted movements, with options for all levels. EveryBODY is welcome! We finish with a short cool down… you’ll feel strong, balanced, and refreshed.
