To our valued customers,

We are closely monitoring the Government of Canada website, Center for Disease Control and World Health Organization for updates as they become available and making the necessary adjustments to our daily business routine. The health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. We are implementing the following safety measures:

1. Providing sanitization and safety products to all our technicians and front line employees
2. Asking employees who feel ill to stay home and to quarantine themselves for two weeks if they have travelled outside of the country
3. Assisting our employees with paid time off while they are ill or quarantined and offering flexible work space options
4. Increasing the frequency of cleaning and sanitization of our work place, especially high touch areas
5. Minimizing travel and conducting virtual meetings

We are asking all customers who are feeling ill and who have a scheduled appointment to please call our office, email or direct message us to discuss alternate arrangements where possible, to ensure the well-being of everyone involved.
