The February numbers are in, and overall, the South Surrey / White Rock market continues to feel more balanced, more selective, and more strategy-driven than the fast-paced markets we’ve seen in past years.

For buyers, this market may offer something especially valuable: more choice and a little more breathing room. With more inventory available across detached homes, townhomes, and apartments, there may be more opportunity to compare options, think long-term, and negotiate with confidence.
