Lori takes a maximum of 8 people in each yearly cohort and we are 50% sold out. (4 spots remaining)

Who this might be suited for:

⭐️Someone who loves doing Pilates and wants to start earning an income while doing what they love.

⭐️Someone who is passionate about Pilates and would like to deepen their current practice and knowledge base of the program.

⭐️A fitness instructor, physiotherapist, body worker or health practitioner looking to add another level of functional core work and rehabilitation to their repertoire.

Come to our info night Tuesday June 16th at 7:30 PM to find out more.

Read a snippet of what Lisa Moore had to say about going through Lori’s training last year.

“When I first walked into your class, I thought I was just signing up for Pilates. I had no idea I was stepping into something so much deeper. You didn’t just teach movements or routines—you taught presence, patience, strength, and respect for my own body in a way I had never experienced before. You saw potential in me on days when I couldn’t see it myself, and somehow, with your steady encouragement and belief, you helped me grow into it.“

Lori is not just teaching you Pilates, she’s teaching you how to be a teacher people want to come back to for decades.

Monday Moves 🌟

Side Bends on the Mat (or the grass in this case)

Today I decided to highlight one of the classical mat exercise exercises. There are 34 exercises in the classical mat repertoire. This one comes more towards the end but my body was especially craving some lateral spine movement today.

Did you know, including some side bending in your daily practice can help you breathe better? Your diaphragm attaches to the bottom of the rib cage so when you laterally flex you are affecting these fibers. And the diaphragm, like all muscles, needs to contract and relax.
Try imagining the rib cage opening up like a fan as you inhale into your side bend, then gently closing as you exhale back to rest.

Today marks another trip around the sun.
I’ve always been a big birthday person — I love celebrating mine and everyone else’s too.
But today, all I really want to do is go to the place that always makes me feel my best

There’s no age I want to go back to.
Honestly, none.

Every year gives me the chance to reflect on everything I’ve experienced — the hard things, the lessons, the blessings, and all the moments in between. I get to carry all of it with me, take it in, and think about how I want to grow moving forward.

I never take birthdays for granted.

Getting older is a gift not everyone gets to have.

And truly, my 50s have been my best decade yet.

Things that once rattled me or kept me stressed don’t hold the same power anymore. I’ve developed a deep trust in the ebb and flow of life. I know now that it’s far better to move with the current than to fight against it.

I’ve become both the fire and the calm — building strength without losing softness, and certainty without losing heart.

Every season of life brings something valuable, and every new year is another opportunity to become wiser, softer, stronger, more grounded, and more myself.

This is the sweet little soul who made me a mama 12 years ago and I couldn’t be more grateful 💕

This kid literally has the biggest heart ❤️

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mamas, mother figures, and nurturing souls who give so much of themselves every single day. Your love, strength, patience, and care shape lives in ways that are often unseen but today we see you and we honor you.
Today, and every day, we celebrate you. 💛

Did you know May 2nd is International Pilates Day!

In honor of Joe’s memory here are 3 of my favorite Joe quotes.

On Longevity: “A man is as young as his spinal column.”

On the Mind-Body Link: “Pilates is complete coordination of body, mind and spirit.”

On Happiness: “Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness.”

Happy Pilates Day 😊
