Ava Benesocky is our guest specialist on investing in the US real estate market. She will be giving an in-depth presentation on the advantages she has found for investing in organized American syndications, in key Demographic growth areas.

Jose Hernandez of Howell International will be discussing viable and safe investment opportunities currently available in Mexico.
He plans to provide a high-level portfolio overview while focusing specifically on the two projects with the highest ROIs.

This will be a combined presentation including mortgage specialist, Nenad Popovic discussing
reverse mortgages—a strategy many Canadian buyers are using for "Plan B" international home purchases.

Christian Dy will be completing the night, headlining with the theme: “The Generational Shift: Navigating Real Estate Inheritance”
This talk tackles the transition of real estate wealth from both sides of the coin: preparing to pass down an inheritance to the next generation, and managing that wealth once received. It focuses heavily on establishing a foundation for children who are stepping into real estate ownership but are not accustomed to managing it. What Participants Will Get:
Proactive steps for the current generation to ensure a smooth, secure transfer of property.
A practical, step-by-step "playbook" for heirs to successfully manage and sustain their inherited real estate wealth.
