What an incredible experience at the Australia 🇦🇺 vs Türkiye 🇹🇷 World Cup match in Vancouver!

Before kickoff, our principal Axel and his daughter Rebecca joined fellow volunteers on the field to carry the massive centrepiece into BC Place, a spectacular fabric display combining a soccer ball and the Earth to symbolize the global spirit of the game 🌍⚽✨

And here’s a fun challenge for our SGLS community 👀: Can you spot Axel during the Australian national anthem? He was standing right behind the players as the stadium came alive with excitement and pride.

What a memorable moment and a fantastic opportunity to be part of football history right here in Vancouver! 🙌
