📊 Home prices continue to become more affordable, but buyers remain cautious.
The composite Benchmark price declined to $884,800 in June, leaving home prices 26% below their 2022 peak. Meanwhile, 1,147 home sales and 10,377 active listings continued to create buyer-friendly conditions in the Fraser Valley.

Milestones like these deserve to be celebrated.
On May 20, members of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board gathered at Northview Golf Course for a special luncheon recognizing colleagues who reached 25 years in real estate in 2025, as well as members who retired in 2025.
