Spring 2026 Visual Art Spotlight: “Vancouver’s Coyotes” by Jon E. D. Robinson
Jon E. D. Robinson is an Indigenous artist whose works often have a focus on animal subjects. He grew up on trickster raven stories. Julian Brave Noisecat's talk of the trickster coyote compelled him to think of the local coyotes. Jon sees them as beautiful antagonists to our corporate sensibilities and our neon lights.
