Please join us in welcoming our new Physiotherapist, Janine Horsley!

Janine completed her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia after earning a Bachelor of Kinesiology from UBC and a Bachelor of Arts in Cape Town. Her passion for physiotherapy began through her love of anatomy and biomechanics, along with her own experience as a competitive swimmer, where physiotherapy helped her continue doing the sport she loved.

Before becoming a physiotherapist, Janine worked as a personal trainer for 10 years, building strong experience in movement, exercise coaching, and helping people gain strength and confidence in everyday life. This continues to shape her patient-focused approach to care.

Janine has completed additional training in:
• Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) Level 1
• Pelvic Health Solutions Level 1 (Urinary Incontinence)

She has experience in:
• Joint replacement rehabilitation
• Acute care
• Paediatric conditions
• General musculoskeletal physiotherapy

Outside the clinic, Janine enjoys running, hiking, strength training, and training for her first half marathon. She also loves discovering local coffee shops and stopping to pet every dog she sees.
