Malone Tuning has openings for Stage 1 Customer Support Staff. This entry-level role will consist of order processing (data entry), responding to basic customer inquiries (email), customer service by phone and for walk-in clients. Secondary duties will include packing & shipping as well as a variety of office and shop tasks. Room for future advancement for the right candidate as we continue to grow.

A drivers licence is an asset and a positive attitude & strong work ethic are essential. We focus on solutions here, not problems, and need to ensure that all team additions are the right fit for both our current culture and future vision.

Please indicate if you have a second language (Specifically: Spanish, French, Mandarin, ASL or other) and/or additional business, marketing, social media or accounting skills.

While this is a job ad and we have way too much work to do in not enough time, we should probably be upfront and tell you that it’s not all work and no play at Malone Tuning.
