A major 🔑 in your fatloss journey is to be able to go to restaurants, Order off the menu, enjoy your meal to the fullest and fit it all into your calorie budget for the day/week ✅
Here are 3 simple guidelines to mastering this crucial step:
1 - Budget 1000 calories for your meal ; give or take 200 calories
2 - Pick a dish that has protein as the base
3 - Skip the liquid calories ; liquid calories can easily add 200-500 calories - Diet soda is always a safe bet 💡
