Rescues hit all-time high in Kananaskis Country | CBC News Kananaskis Mountain Rescue responded to 445 calls in 2025. Visitors to the popular provincial park network have continued to surge.

Sundre SAR teamed up with Rocky Mountain House Search & Rescue for a full day of OHV/ATV training!

The session focused on safe operation, field readiness, and coordinated response techniques to ensure we can effectively navigate challenging environments during search operations. We covered riding skills, safety, and how to use these machines efficiently in real search scenarios.
