Hey guys! Long time no-workout-together! I'm still here recovering from a broken foot. I definitely don't recommend it unless you want to take a year off everything!
Anyways, I'd love to catch up with you all. If you can, join Sandra and I after class, Thursday June 18th at for a visit! (this was previously scheduled for Monday but I had to change to Thursday)

It's true!!! REFIT is returning to our Tuesday evening classes for the month of June. Starting next Tuesday June 2, we are plugging in the party lights, cranking up some fun tunes and dancing (working out) to make our hearts happy and healthy. No weights or mats needed, just you!!! Never tried a dance cardio class before? Now is the time!
REV+Flow will continue to be held for our morning classes. :)
