Lately, I’ve been running around like a chicken with its head cut off. But today, I promised myself some time for a little “camera grounding.” It’s easily become my favorite ritual.

There is so much beauty in the simplest things. There’s something so amazing about taking a step back and truly witnessing your surroundings, not just snapping a picture, but really noticing the smallest details.

I think that applies to everything in life. There is so much happening around us, yet we rarely stop to just look.. And that’s why I love photography so much. It makes me stop and enjoy the moment.

My time in Florida has been so life changing. I am so grateful that life has put me on this beautiful path. I’ve met so many incredible people who love me for me. I haven’t slept in days, but I feel absolutely incredible.

I’ve had a couple shoots along with a couple weddings, and I have never felt more valued in my career. I am so honoured that people enjoy me and my presence enough to have me travel all this way. Like seriously… unbelievable. Wow.

I’m forever grateful for every opportunity that has come my way.

I also can’t wait to work more with my Kaylee girl. I love her so much. She’s someone I was truly meant to cross paths with, and I have so much appreciation for her. She is my sister from the ocean and I’m so proud of everything she has accomplished, to see her work is amazing.

I can’t wait for a summer full of fun, laughter, growth, and memories.
