The new concrete foundation is officially DONE and looking solid 👌

This was a big step in restoring the structure and stability of this home. With the framing already underway, we're moving into the next phase of the rebuild with a rock-solid base beneath us.

We’ve officially poured the concrete for the new foundation on this home, and things are moving right along! 💪

This house was lifted and supported while we removed the old, failing structure underneath. With the fresh pour complete, we’re one step closer to giving it a strong, level base that’ll stand the test of time.

Once we got into the teardown phase, we uncovered some serious issues with the foundation that needed to be addressed before we could safely move forward with building the new deck.

Once we removed the old deck, we discovered that the front addition of the house foundation wasn’t in the best condition. Before moving forward with the new deck build, we had to address the underlying structural issues to ensure the safety and integrity of the entire project.
