Personally, I feel like the spicier the better to help things get moving, but it’s up to you individually what you want to do. 1 teaspoon of each of the following ingredients.: turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, cayenne pepper mix them all together until well blended, and then take one to 2 teaspoons per day or depending on the severity of your symptoms. You can take small amounts of it throughout the day. This is not medical advice, and I am not a medical professional.
