Last night, we had the honour of recognizing an outstanding achievement in our Cub Pack.

Congratulations to Abi on earning the Seeonee Award, the highest award a Cub Scout can achieve in Scouts Canada.

This award represents years of adventure, personal growth, service to others, leadership, and dedication to Scouting. Earning the Seeonee Award requires commitment, perseverance, and a willingness to challenge yourself while helping those around you.

Throughout her time in Cubs, Abi has embraced new experiences, developed valuable outdoor skills, served her community, and been a positive role model within our Pack. We are incredibly proud of all she has accomplished.

The scouts and vents went for a hike! We hiked Jura Creek. But we could not actually follow the creek like other times as the water was high, so we got to explore up both sides of it.

The Beavers and Cubs had a great evening fishing at Kinsmen Park! Along the way, they learned about fishing safety, casting techniques, patience, and respecting our local waterways and wildlife. It was wonderful to see everyone trying new skills, helping each other, and enjoying the outdoors together.
