Andrew Laurie, PREC are pleased to present the January 2024 market update from the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. Keep in mind there are areas, for example, Whistler and Squamish, that not all sales are reported to MLS. Therefore these stats reflect only the sales listed and sold on the multiple listing service.

Squamish
In January 2024 there were 6 sales of detached homes and 68 active listings. The benchmark sale price was $1,495,900.
The condo market had 5 sales and 35 active listings at the end of the month. The benchmark sale price was $663,700.
The townhome market had 7 sales and the active listings were 25 The benchmark sale price was $1,008,500.
