This weekend, my boyfriend and I worked away at making homemade jalapeño mozza summer sausage. This will be the perfect pairing with some sourdough bread 🤤

Do you ever just have an insatiable craving for pickles and bread?
This one seems like a logical decision to make.

Like my mom always says "Practice makes Perfect". With all the ideas I have and recipes I want to make, now is the time for practice and improvement.
While my first order went incredibly well, there were things I would consider doing differently in the future.
I have to admit, while three out of four flavors of bagels have been tried and tested and all prepped amazingly, one of those four was a new flavor I had never attempted before.
I was working away at this recipe all day and still had to restart at midnight... Thank goodness it turned out great on the second attempt!
In the coming weeks I want to focus my time on experimenting without the commitment of perfection for the sake of an order.
