In her reception role, Sara is the first impression and the face of the company, and she consistently represents Thompson Construction Group with a welcoming, professional, and positive attitude. She is always in a great mood and genuinely willing to help anyone who asks.

Sara comes in early to ensure snacks and drinks are stocked for everyone, and she regularly goes out of her way to support the team without expecting anything in return. Even when it is outside of her job role, she consistently goes above and beyond to think of solutions and help others out.

This is a clear reflection of the way she approaches her work every day—always willing to step in and assist wherever needed.
