At the 2nd Annual Good For Thought Event with CARP (Canadian Association of Retired Persons) White Rock/Surrey Chapter 💙 This is about how nutrition directly impacts health, independence, and quality of life of our seniors. As we age, the right food choices can help manage chronic conditions, support energy, and keep people living well, and longer.
We would love to have you come out, enjoy the event, and sample some of the delicious food our chef is preparing. One of the featured items will be:
Mini Bagels & Lox
House-cured Atlantic salmon gravlax, horseradish-caper whipped cream cheese, fried red onions
Garnished with dill sprig and fish roe.
