Today, we celebrate the legendary Joseph Pilates and his methodology, originally called Contrology, now known as Pilates.

Joseph once said, “The whole country, the whole world, should be doing my exercises. They’d be happier.”

This is the main reason that I studied to become a Certified Pilates Teacher 20 years ago, and continue my professional development at Body Harmonics Pilates in Toronto... I could see the potential and the difference practicing Pilates could make in everyone's life, no matter their ability.

Pilates is for EVERY BODY.
