So we’re offering machine orientations for members who want a little guidance getting started. We’ll walk you through the equipment, show you how to adjust the machines, explain what muscles they work, and give you something simple to go off so you’re not walking in feeling lost.

No pressure. No judgement. Just a chance to feel more comfortable, confident, and ready to get moving.
