I literally just had to follow my own advice and do this >> Energy is real and when it becomes stagnant or negative we need to physically move out of that space.
This doesn’t mean you need to go for a 30 min jog. It can be simply changing rooms (but ideally yes, some form of movement as easy as a 5 min walk).
