My Breakfast to GO!
Starting the day with food you love to eat and that can fuel you for the day has been a game changer for me!
I used to have a hot chocolate and a p&j on white bread every morning.
My mindset and nutrition plan has me feeling energized and overall healthier!
Now this is what Iām eating today!
12 grain bagel with 1 hard boiled egg made into egg salad š„
1 cup of veggies
1 serving of my vanilla shakeo loaded with nutrients with a 1 banana š and since I do love peanut butter - added 1tbs š„
Eating should be easy and enjoyable!
