After lots of request, I am organizing the first cooking class of 2026, and it’s the perfect gift for Xmas Sign up for Sunday January 17th starting 10am On the menu -Roasted peppers & smoked cheddar soup. -Pan seared salmon, hollandaise sauce, rice pilaf and ratatouille -Pain perdu ( real version of French toast).
