Are you like me and only remember that you have to make an appointment at 2 am after everything is closed (or you just dislike talking to people)?
Well, I have some good news! We have online booking available! Just go to our website (www.secheltanimalhospital.com), click on the "Book an Appointment" button, and follow the prompts.

It should NOT be used in cases of emergency! If you have a pet in critical condition, you need to call us at 604-885-2309, but it can be used for every other kind of appointment! We do request that you write what the appointment is for (ie, write For Fluffy's Vaccines, and not just For Fluffy).

UPDATE: Zola did great! Conservative treatment worked and she successfully avoided surgery!

This sweet little kitten, Zola, was recently surrendered to our local SPCA with her sister, and she came in today because she vomited up a bunch of fabric!
After x-rays showed she still had something suspicious in her stomach, we thought it was an emergency, but with Dr Quanstrom's help, Zola showed us it was actually an "emo-gency"!
Jokes aside, she is otherwise doing well, so we are trying conservative treatment over night in an attempt to avoid surgery. We'll recheck her tomorrow morning, re-do her x-rays, and then decide whether or not she needs to go under the knife.
