Grateful to ring in the new year with beautiful souls, music that spreads love to the world, setting intentions, and story telling wisdoms and lessons.
Music and singing is such an incredible way to connect to eachother and tap into the vibration of love and connectedness that is in us, around us, and supporting us all the time. Thank you
for this beautiful gathering.
Love and gratitude 🙏😍💜🧘

Happy 2020 ya'll! I woke up to this halarious adorable sight. Mei this creature of unconditional love excitement and joy surrounded by the chaos of mounds of clothing.
This reminded me of a valuable lesson I learned about life....
Even when things feels chaotic, heavy, or you got too much s**t to do or going on, remember to close your eyes, take a deep breath, and can you find humour magic joy gratitude and love in the chaos of it all???!

This series will focus on building a strong YOGA FOUNDATION by directing detailed attention to the Hands, Feet, and Pelvis from a functional anatomy perspective.
These areas are often not given the attention it deserves as it sets the groundwork of each yoga posture and prevents injury (e.g. wrist injuries). For example, healthy hand placement, weight transfer awareness, and specific muscle activations take the weight out of the wrists in poses like plank, upward dog, or downward dog.
We will also explore "facilitated stretching", which is an effective and safe way to build both flexibility and strength. By holding isometric engagement and stretching of the same muscle, muscles are being both strengthened and released.
Each week we will build and apply a new concept or lesson.
A great way to learn yoga is break it down into chewable, simple, safe, and foundational steps!
