Full renovation completed in Scarborough for a great client. All new plumbing/electrical. Load bearing walls removed. New flooring, you name it!

A change of pace for the crew.

This client had trouble with water pooling at the foundation wall, driveway and lawn caused by the run off from the roof.

We installed an underground drainage system to fix that problem.

Small addition for some added living space!

Southern yellow pine siding added a nice touch.
