Arrow Workforce Solutions is looking for a Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking COVID-19/health screener for their long-term care home in Scarborough.
No experience in healthcare is required. If you used to work in the healthcare sector, that would be an asset.

Pay Rate: 20$ an hour, can be $21 if experienced.

Working Hours: Full-time or Part-time (on SIN)
Monday to Thursday (3:30pm-12:00am)
Saturday - Sunday (12:30pm-9:00pm)
Location: Scarborough (Birchmount and Eglinton)
Hourly wage: $15.50

Working Duties
• You will be operating in a call center environment conducting telephone surveys for market research purposes
• Follow all staffing and scheduling rules (ex. Being on time for your shift, handing in your weekly schedule on time, etc.)
• Remain neutral on their opinions, to avoid collecting any skewed or biased data
• Report any technical problems to the team leaders

Qualifications:
• Highly reliable, willing to learn and acquire new skills
• Solid computer skills and an aptitude for learning new software
• Fluency in Vietnamese is required
• Experience with CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) Programs
would be an asset
• Ability to articulate pronunciations of difficult words
