Safe Drop is a convenient solution to ensure you receive your packages.

We are centrally located with convenient hours for pick-up.

Are you tired of having your important parcels stolen from your front porch or home?

Delivery times are unpredictable at times. You try to plan that perfect time to have your parcel delivered. We understand it does not always fit into your schedule. If there was a place to have my parcel safely delivered to and to have the peace of mind that a stranger will not steal it. We have seen this become a growing concern over the last couple of years of people stealing other people's property.

This is a violation of your property and now you have lost a parcel that has so much importance to you or your family.

Safe Drop is a new solution to the ever growing of parcel theft happening in our community.

It's a safe and simple process and you will be at ease that your parcel will be safely received and held until you are available to pick it up.

When completing your shipping information you add Safe Drops location as well send an email to [email protected] to let us know we have a package being shipped to our location. We will respond to gather a bit of information on what the package is and where it's coming from and how many pieces.

We do have some strict rules regarding us receiving parcels at Safe Drop.

*We will not receive anything illegal such as drugs ,weapons or anything consider as a toxic or explosive. If we have suspicious of illegal shipments, we will contact the
appropriate authorities.
We will not accept any foreign meats, live animals or human remains

We are strictly a safe drop location for parcels coming from outside of Sault Ste Marie from such couriers as Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, Canpar, Loomis and Amazon. We don't have access to a shipping dock and must be able to fit through a standard door.

Pricing/ Weight

Any package that is 35 lbs or less $4.99
Any package that is above 35 lbs and less then 50 lbs is 6.99
Any package that is over 51 lbs and less then 65 lbs is 8.99
Our Weight limit is 65lbs
*Please keep in mind it must fit through a standard door.* If it doesn't you will have to make other arrangements to pick up immediately from outside of our building.
These drop off fees are for two boxes if your shipment is more than two boxes, we charge an additional $2.99 per box or parcel.
If you are looking to have a parcel picked up from our location, we can accommodate that as well it would be the same pricing as mentioned above.
All pricing is plus HST

When picking up we will require a picture ID and documentation of tracking. If you cannot pick it up yourself, please send us an email or call us with the information of who is picking it up. We give you a four digit pick up code that you will share with the designated recipient.
If you’re not able to make it the day it arrives please let us know and if you can communicate a time frame of when you or someone will be able to pick it up.

We are not responsible for any damages to any package that has been drop off at our location from any courier. We will receive the package if we notice any damage at all on the outside, we will immediately take pictures of that package and send them to your email or cell phone. We take the package as is and we recommend that you insure your parcels if you can. We are a safe drop off location your parcel will be here when you are ready to pick it up.
