🚗💧 When your engine makes a milkshake… but you didn’t order one!
Customer came in for an oil leak diagnosis. We found the valve cover gasket is leaking — but surprise! Inside the valve cover was a heavy creamy, milky substance 🤢
(No, it’s not a latte… it’s moisture buildup.)
🧠 What is this creamy sludge?
That white/creamy stuff is oil mixed with moisture (condensation). It usually forms when the engine doesn’t get hot enough for long enough to burn off moisture.
❓ Common causes:
• Short trips / frequent cold starts
• Vehicle not driven long enough to reach full operating temperature
• Cold weather + high humidity
• PCV system issues
• Long oil change intervals
⚠️ Why it’s bad:
• Can restrict oil flow
• Sludge buildup inside the engine
• Accelerated engine wear
🛠️ How to prevent this:
• Take the car on longer drives occasionally (15–30 mins)
• Keep up with regular oil changes
• Make sure the PCV system is working properly

🚨 Battery Light On? Don’t Ignore It! ⚡
🔍 Symptoms: Battery light on dashboard, dim headlights, electrical glitches, hard starting.
⚠️ Causes: Weak alternator, bad voltage regulator, worn-out battery, loose/corroded connections.
