Here are some tips to avoid back pain at your workplace:
1. Ensure your workstation is ergonomically designed. Your chair should support your lower back and your computer screen should be a high-level to avoid straightening your neck.
2. Proper posture: sit up straight with your shoulders relaxed but not slouched. Keep your feet flat on the floor and avoid crossing your legs.
3. Take Breaks: stand up, stretch and walk around every 30 to 60 minutes. This helps to reduce stiffness and improve circulation.
