If you’re biking to your appointment, we’ve got you covered — we have a bike rack on site so you can safely lock up your bike while you’re in session.

Whether you’re cycling for fitness, transportation, the environment, or just because you enjoy it, we’re happy to support your ride to therapy. 🌎💪🚴

Ryan will be taking some time away from the office this summer. If you are currently a client of his, please contact the office for information about your care and next steps while he is away.

We’re also excited to share that when Ryan returns, he will be joining PPC Therapy Group on a full-time basis! 🎉

Mental health language is becoming more common online — which can be helpful, but also confusing when important terms lose their meaning. 🤍
Words like “gaslighting,” “trauma,” “triggered,” and “narcissist” carry real psychological weight and deserve thoughtful understanding, not casual labels.
Awareness matters.
Accuracy matters too.
The goal isn’t to stop conversations about mental health — it’s to create more informed, compassionate ones. 🌿
