Facilitative Leadership is different than other types of leadership in its focus on making things easier for those who are involved. There are significant skills and attitudes that the leader employs to ensure that people feel comfortable and accountable to the work being accomplished. These will be discussed as I move forward in this discussion.

Just completed CLL training. I am now a Certified Laughter Leader. I can facilitate Laughter groups and hours. And Laughter is great for your health!
