📋 What You'll Do
✅ Be the first impression — welcoming clients, answering calls, setting the tone
✅ Keep our advisors organized — calendars, meetings, logistics
✅ Prepare account documentation, correspondence & compliance files
✅ Support client meeting prep, follow-through & ongoing service
✅ Help with events, marketing & community presence

🔍 Who We're Looking For
✔️ Business, Finance or Admin background (diploma, degree, or equivalent experience)
✔️ Financial services experience is an asset — but NOT required. We train the right person.
✔️ Warm, professional & genuinely client-focused
✔️ Detail-oriented, organized & cool under pressure
✔️ Trustworthy with confidential information
✔️ Comfortable with Microsoft Office (CRM experience a bonus)
