Now that we are on social media, its time i explain my story to those who don't know me and why I started Dash Electric. Ive always worked my way, I come from a family where they work hard and never got a break from anyone. Pay cheque to pay cheque my parents worked their behinds off just to get by. I started my first job washing floors when i was just 13. I had 2 part time jobs all of highschool so i could pay my own way. Right out of highschool i got lucky enough to get a job as an electrician and I knew after the first year of apprentices that i would one day try my best to change the face of electrical companies. I wanted to bring back the aspect of family at work. And thats why I always say we. Because Dash Electric isnt just about Justyn Dashney. Its about every employee being happy waking up for work everyday, learning, working hard and seeing the results of the long days and even longer nights. The employees I have now are all like brothers 2 me. And without them I have no chance to be even close to what I want us to be. My guys are beasts and Ive never seen a crew work as hard when ever needed because they know its about all of us. So what is Dash Electric and who are we? We are a family and we promise to be the best electrical company you've ever seen!
