When the dust settled 4 athletes took the top spot in their respective divisions at the annual One More Rep Individual competition.

The ladies Rx didn’t disappoint and for the second year in a row saw the leaderboard shuffle right into the final event. needed a big final event to climb on the podium and ultimately finished in a tie with (even after three tie breaks were used‼️). would take silver and would win her second title in a row showcasing that a strong weightlifting background can be a huge asset!

On the men’s Rx side showcased consistency and was the only Rx athlete (men or ladies) to complete all workouts under the designated cap. would take silver on the back of one event win and last year’s champion would have to settle for third.

On the ladies intermediate division was dominant and won 5/6 events, finished with a well earned 2nd and did enough to climb past other athletes and claim the bronze.

In the men’s intermediate division another Aschim took control as tried to beat his wife’s dominant performance and he too would claim top spot. and did their best to battle and the leaderboard did switch throughout the weekend making this another exciting division to spectate and they would finishe with silver and bronze.
