Ėāā® Jean-SĆ©bastien Gauthier (BFA, MFA) is an interdisciplinary artist based in Saskatoon (Treaty 6 Territory) whose practice bridges sculpture, digital fabrication, and media arts, shaped by a lineage of monumental making and long-term collaborations with scientific and cultural institutions.
His work explores relationality, shared authorship, and digital folk aesthetics, creating accessible projects where technology, material, and collective presence meet.
Jean-SĆ©bastien Gauthier is an interdisciplinary artist based in Saskatoon (Treaty 6 Territory) whose practice bridges sculpture, media arts, and digital fabrication, shaped by a legacy of monumental making and long-term collaborations with scientific and cultural institutions. Returning from the Quantum Studio residency, he will share insights from five weeks in Paris in OctoberāNovember 2025, where his work engaged questions of relationality, shared authorship, and quantum-inspired forms.
