Message me on Facebook and I can send you a link to a recently recorded class. You can try it out on your own time, see it it's for you.
FEE: $60.00 for the 16 week session, this includes access to the recorded classes. Payable by e-transfer or cheque mailed or dropped off to me. Message me on Facebook for my email or street address.
RECORDINGS ONLY: If you can't commit to Thursdays, you can register for recordings only. I will send one out every week. Each class will be available for 3 weeks.

Fee includes recordings of classes available for one week. If you would like recordings only, the fee is $2.00/class

I will send you information on how to connect to Zoom. On Wednesdays you will receive an email from me with the link to connect to the class on Zoom.

What you will need:
We use chairs for balance or for alternative strength and stretch exercises. Have a chair and a water bottle nearby. Wear comfortable clothes and workout shoes or dance in bare feet.

If you are not familiar with Zoom, it is free for you to use as a participant. For Zoom, you will need a device with a camera such as a desktop computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone. You need some space to dance around in front of your device. You may shut your camera off if you would rather no one see you dancing like the free spirit you are! :-)
