🏡📈 SASKATCHEWAN’S HOUSING MARKET REMAINS COMPETITIVE 📈🏡

While inventory has improved slightly, demand continues to outpace supply across much of the province. In May, Saskatchewan recorded 1,571 home sales and added 2,600 new listings, but available inventory remains nearly 50% below the 10-year average.
