Thank you all for the care and concern we’ve received this week. We haven’t been able to respond to all of the comments and messages as we’re busily preparing for our big move next week, but just know we’ve read them and are so touched. We truly have the most amazing customers. We feel like we’ve made so many wonderful friends because of Yellow Dog!

I’ll (Carrie) still be around, I have no plans to give up diamond painting anytime soon. I’ll probably be more active on my diamond painting account, . Please never hesitate to send me a message there. I’d love to hear from you all!

Our 35% off moving sale will be live Friday, October 24th at 9:30 am, Saskatchewan time. This sale will only include in-stock items, including a few unique tray colours! These items will be available in our Etsy shop and will be available to Canadians only as rotating postal strikes are ongoing. We won’t know when Saskatoon will be included in these strikes and we’re on a limited time frame as our moving date is approaching rapidly. We will also be unable to ship to PO Boxes. We will be using courier services.

Unfortunately we are not able to sell this tray into the US at the moment.

We will reopen our shop and website on August 22nd. We will, however, be putting shipping to the US on hold for now. We will be business as usual for the remainder of our customers.

We have spent much time researching our best options and trying to learn what will happen after August 29th when the $800 de minimis for our US shoppers is to be removed. We have spoken with our carrier, the Canadian government, and many others trying to find answers. At this point we haven’t been given clear direction.

We are unwilling to just cross our fingers and hope for the best and take the chance that our customers will be hit with extra costs on delivery. Costs that could range anywhere from 35% on top of your order to $80 - $200 extra per item.

We are hopeful that this is a very temporary situation and that we can get orders flowing to our wonderful US customers again soon. After all, we will have many new event trays to get into your hands!!
