These cute little guys are back in the case 😁 Crottin a ma Maniere from L'Atelier Fromagerie in Quebec. This pasteurized soft goat cheese has a whitish/beige wrinkly rind with a dense, chalky interior paste. A distinct goat milk aroma along with lactic, and slightly nutty notes on the palate. These are inspired by the famous Crottin cheeses of France. Smeared on a crusty baguette along with a drizzle of honey and you're all set! 🤤🐐🧀
