When we travel, we usually go on coffee tours, but this time we went on a chocolate tour!🍫

From cracking open vibrant cacao fruit and tasting the sweet pulp, to fermenting, drying, roasting, and finally crafting rich chocolate - every step gave us a deeper appreciation for the delicious treat.

As the process of coffee is very similar, it’s a reminder that great coffee and great chocolate share something in common: time, care, and a whole lot of intention.
