Join Custom Millwright Services Ltd. and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

This is a new position, perfect for someone who’s organized, proactive, and ready to bring fresh ideas to the table. You’ll support both field and office teams, helping streamline communication, documentation, and day-to-day tasks.

What you'll do:

Assist with invoicing, payroll, and reporting
Help coordinate recruitment and onboarding
Support logistics and scheduling for field operations
Maintain accurate records and assist with internal communications

Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
