Better Nutrition
Hmmm 🤔
Maybe it’s deeper than that?
A maxed out, stressed nervous system will NOT lose weight
It will pull you towards carbs with cravings
It will keep you unmotivated and “lazy”
It makes you feel bone deep exhaustion
It will make you feel overwhelmed and anxious
And it will NEVER lose the weight and keep it off.
Solve for stress, and the weight comes off, you wake up with energy, and no longer feel like a stranger in your own body.
The resilient body blueprint treats stubborn weight loss at the root so clients drop fat and keep it off for good

I used to play competitive soccer as a kid
When I was 14, we got into a bus accident in Mexico that ended my soccer career.
Over the years I used food and booze to deal with my anxiety and depression, and I ended up gaining 100lbs.
I felt so disconnected from my body. I tried every diet I could to lose weight, but nothing helped.
Then I saw a girl deadlifting 200lbs online and I thought - I wanna do that!
So I started treating myself like an athlete again.
Lifting heavy, eating to fuel my body instead of just losing weight, and recovering like an athlete.
I lost 100lbs and kept it off. So maybe that’s the mental shift you need?
If you’re active, you’re an athlete. But you keep trying to shrink, run on fumes and still expecting yourself to perform.
It doesn’t matter what age or stage your body is in. You wont find the body, the energy, the strength and the confidence you’re looking for in a 12 week restrictive plan.
So what if you did something different? Lift weights, move your body, fuel your body, and recover for your “big games”.

Snaps for my wonderful client Jesse! 🙌
You think you’re busy? 👇🏻
Jesse was busy working full time, raising two young and busy kids, keeping a clean house (also to try to sell), training for a half marathon, and tax season was looming when we started, her busiest season
She wanted to lean out and help increase her performance in her runs, but what she struggled the most with constant cravings and binges.
Her stress was high, activity was high and nervous system was wound up ‼️
Even though she was hesitant, instead of getting her to do more, we cut back on her “doing”
Little moments of breath work and safety through the day, a calmer evening routine, strategic training around her runs, and we almost DOUBLED her calories
The result? No more constant snacking and thinking about food
No more binges at the snack table at work from the stress of deadlines
Enjoying food and treats with her kids without feeling guilty
And a food freedom she never thought she’d have.
She crushed run PRs through her training, kept the same weight but lost inches, and is feeling more confident around food than ever!
All because she said yes because she knew she deserved more.
Because she was willing to say yes to herself.
Cravings and binges are not a personality trait - they’re your body yelling at you that it needs support.
