1. If you have an injury and limitations like me, I hope you take inspiration from this and realize you can still get results even with a modified routine.
2. If you can train like a normal person I hope you take this as evidence that the need to isolate every little muscle is overstated and that the power of consistency, intensity, and progression is far greater.
3. No, only training arms is not a shortcut to getting jacked. My mastery of the fundamentals is greater than 99% of you: consistency, intensity, and progression. Not bc I'm better than anyone but just bc I love to train and chose to show up everyday to fight for what I love to do.
Give a man nothing but crumbs and he will develop the hunger to become more.
